Daniella strode into the library annoyed. Homework... Already. School had only just started. She cursed the teachers under her breath and reached out for a book on a shelf just above her head. Pulling it out of it's place was rather hard as the shelves were so jam packed with books they nearly stuck together. She heaved with all her might and suddenly, without warning, it slipped from it's place and Daniella stumbled slightly. She sighed then shook her head.
She scanned the library for the nearest set of tables and chairs. She peeped around the corner and sure enough a set of light, pine chairs were pushed under the table. She strolled over and took a seat near a window. The view of the rippling lake stared back at her. But, alas, she hadn't come to admire the scenery so she tore her eyes away and began to read reluctantly.
